Good Things Bright Eyes Eye Cream

Now I can't take the credit for this one, since when I came home for a few days from uni I found this waiting on my bed courtesy of Mumma Turner. I've always been a massive fan of Good Things skin care as I have quite sensitive skin and this brand is so lovely and gentle.

Funnily enough I was on the hunt for a good, affordable eye cream as I have a couple lying about but they just don't do it for me, y'know? They're okay but not worthy of permanent skin care cluster status... I think all that's about to change though as I have to say, I am kinda loving this little offering from Good Things

Number one, it comes in a squeezy tube which means I get to use up every last drop and there's no "swirling-fingers-in-product-malarky"... hallelujah! I just can't stand the pots you have to dip your fingers into, so that was definitely a tick in the old box for this product.

Next up is the scent... Often I prefer eye creams to be unscented as I worry that fragranced eye creams will flare up my sensitive skin and irritate my eyes. Having said that, one of my favourite things about Good Things products are their scents, which are dreamy... So this oh-so-subtle burst of raspberry and lychee is right up my street as its fruity but not overpowering.

As for the effects, I am a long suffering bag battler and I am always trying out new products to try and tackle those pesky under eye circles. At this point I think I've realised that my genes will always beat the creams and no "miracle" product will ever banish my bags completely but I have to say, this cream does reduce them more than any other I've tried. And the best part? It's currently on offer in Sainsbury's for £2.99 (down from £5.99) holy moly...

It's a creamy consistency which I prefer to silicone-y tacky feeling eye creams and it leaves my eye area looking noticeably brighter! Not bad for a product that pinched under the £5 mark. Claps hands...

Love Elle xo
